Operational Model:

We manage distribution directly with a fleet of 500 vehicles replenishing over 1 million outlets daily. We’ve expanded our product range to include Batter, Natural Paneer, and an organic line, aligning our entire operation with organic practices.

Key Responsibilities:
This role, based in Anekal, oversees plant quality across global markets. Responsibilities include managing a team of 15-20, handling quality control functions from raw materials to finished products, implementing quality management systems, addressing consumer complaints, and ensuring corrective actions. Certification in FSSAI and knowledge of FSSC/FSSC-VBR standards are essential.

Experience:

• Operations experience in FMCG/food production/processing
• Managing multiple plants
• Proficiency in a regional language
