Position: Plant QSE Lead

Job Description:

Join us as the Plant QSE Lead at The Coca-Cola Company in Pune, Maharashtra. In this role, you will manage a team of associates to enhance the Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) function at our CPS Plant, ensuring zero accidents and zero-defect production.

Responsibilities:

Set strategic direction and annual BP for QSE function, aligning with CPS QSE strategies and Plant Business plan.
Develop QSE goals and strategies to achieve BP targets, including Water use ratio, Energy use ratio, Carbon emissions, Total Incident rate, and more.
Manage people and infrastructure capabilities through performance management and allocation of resources for QSE projects.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SO 18001, FSSC 22000, ISO/IEC 17025, and KORE.
Ensure compliance with TCCC safety, occupational health, and environmental policies, as well as local regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement, digitization, and value creation projects in the QSE area.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to local regulations, quality, safety, and environment for business continuity.
Contribute to CPS Network projects and support the development of QSE work-stream team members.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Post Graduate/Graduate in chemistry, food science, or food technology.
7-10 years of experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceuticals in similar QSE positions.
Thorough knowledge of safety, food safety requirements, and local regulations.
Knowledge of the beverage industry, advanced analytical instruments, statistical process control, and data interpretation.
Ability to influence and work with multiple stakeholders, handle conflicting priorities, and possess skills in Microsoft Office, troubleshooting, project management, organization, compliance, Six Sigma, ISO 14000, and ISO 18000.
