Position: Food Technologist

Qualifications: M.Tech/B.Tech in Food Technology

Experience: 2-3 years in Sales & Marketing

Location: Hyderabad

Join UniBourne Food Ingredients LLP and take on the role of a Food Technologist. Your mission is to foster B2B relationships within the Bakery, Protein, Snack, Premix, Beverages, RTD, RTE, QSR, and online food businesses segments. Align with our sales policy, introduce new ingredients and concepts, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage sales by understanding customer needs and requirements.
2. Ensure strategic alignment with marketing/sales approaches, considering product/market segmentation, pricing, and positioning to deliver value-added solutions.
3. Stay informed about market trends, competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, and leverage this knowledge to enhance our value proposition.
4. Translate Sales Budget into comprehensive sales objectives with a focus on customer centricity.
5. Take direct responsibility for sales and customer experience.
6. Drive sales through concept selling, creating project pipelines for our ingredients.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally within our organization to create distinctive value.
