Nestlé Gurgaon is on the lookout for a talented Manager – QA & NFSI to join our esteemed team. If you’re passionate about ensuring top-notch quality and safety standards in the food industry, this opportunity is for you!

Job Description:

As the Manager – QA & NFSI, you will play a vital role in supporting R&D India across various specialized areas including food safety/HACCP, auditing, hygiene, microbiology/chemical food safety, thermal processing, pest control, product quality, and packaging. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around implementing quality systems, obtaining ISO 9001 and NMS certifications, and coordinating the approval process for new product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement, and update Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
• Obtain and maintain FSSC 22000 Certification and HALAL certification.
• Implement internal instructions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate technical approval for all new product introductions.

Qualifications:

• Bachel or’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in food safety management and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and HALAL certification processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
