Job Responsibilities

Resolve Quality Issues: Address quality concerns promptly, sourced from the market or customers. Conduct sensory analysis with the consumer trial team, making necessary product adjustments to meet consumer expectations.
Develop Audit Systems: Establish both internal and external audit systems to enhance process and hygiene standards within the plant.
Maintain Records: Keep meticulous records of product batch numbers, raw material/sample analysis, and finished goods. Perform physical and chemical analyses in accordance with Bikanervala specifications.
Customer Complaint Control: Monitor and manage customer complaints, overseeing online manufacturing processes to minimize foreign body complaints, leakages, and product rejection rates.

Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation of training hours provided to stakeholders.
