Position: Factory Production Supervisor

IFFCO Bakery Ingredients Unit in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Factory Production Supervisor to maintain overall operation and process efficiency, control production costs, and ensure the quality and safety of people and products. The incumbent will lead a production team of 60-80 people per shift.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Maintain overall operation and process according to requirements.
Produce products volume as per agreed weekly and monthly plans.
Prepare production summaries on daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
Perform monthly cycle count activity for inventory control.
Manage production planning, generate and issue instructions to the factory shop floor, allocating appropriate resources.
Cascade and execute production plans, adjusting operational activities for optimum production performance.
Control production costs through efficient resource management, adhering to standards.
Develop and implement operating policies and procedures as per system requirements.
Review process failures, execute continuous improvement activities, and ensure workplace safety.
Measure, analyze, and control key performance indicators (KPIs) such as process efficiency, OEE, waste reduction, productivity, inventory control, new product development, downtime, and HSE.

Work Experience:
8-10 years of relevant experience in a food manufacturing factory.

Qualifications:
Degree in B.Tech/B.E/M.E/MS/M.Tech/Post Graduate in Food Technology/Chemical Engg/Biotech.
