• Developing and validating new analytical methods and procedures.
• Collaborating with production and quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Monitoring and controlling laboratory equipment and ensuring their proper maintenance.
• Keeping detailed records and documentation of test results and procedures.
• Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in food technology.
