Are you ready to take your culinary career to the next level? We’re seeking a talented chef who thrives in the dynamic environment of the food services industry.

Position: Regional Chef

Location: New Delhi

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure the highest quality of food preparation.
• Develop and refine recipes in line with company standards and customer preferences.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistent culinary excellence.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure fresh and high-quality ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food preparation and kitchen activities.
• Collaborate with management to create innovative menus and special dishes.
• Monitor and control food costs to meet budgetary requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Food Processing or the HoReCa industry.
• A passion for culinary excellence and innovation.
