Position: Area Manager

Education:

• Graduate in any stream; Agriculture/Rural Development/MSW preferred

Experience:

• Organizing milk collection centers/VLC
• Milk Procurement
• Experience in the Dairy Sector

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of milk collection centers.
• Ensure timely procurement and transportation of milk.
• Build and maintain relationships with dairy farmers and vendors.
• Monitor quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Implement and supervise training programs for staff.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase milk production and procurement.
• Conduct regular audits and prepare reports on operational efficiency.
• Address and resolve any issues related to milk collection and procurement.

Locations:

• Operational area of Kashee Milk Producer Company

CTC:

• Commensurate with experience
