Position: Operations Executive
Location: Peth (Manchar)
Experience: 2 to 4 years in the fruits and vegetables sector

Job Profile:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the fruits and vegetables pack house.
• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of produce.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain product freshness and quality.
• Supervise packing processes to meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Train and motivate pack house staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and optimize operations.
