Job Description:

Position: Lab Assistant/Lab Officer
Location: Bari Brahmana, Jammu & Kashmir
Minimum Qualification: Graduation in Food Technology
Experience: 1-3 years
Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

Conducting routine laboratory tests, analyses, and experiments to support product development and quality assurance processes.
Assisting in the preparation of samples and materials for testing and analysis.
Maintaining accurate records of test results, procedures, and observations.
Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Collaborating with other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize laboratory workflows.
Adhering to quality control standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Contributing to the development and implementation of new testing methods and procedures.

Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in food technology and laboratory practices.
