Job Opportunity: Manager – Quality Assurance

Lite Bite Foods Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager in Quality Assurance.

Manager – Quality Assurance

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Food Technology, Biology, or Microbiology

Preferred Industry:

Hotels & Restaurants

Location:

Mumbai, Maharashtra

Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 8 years of applicable experience.
Knowledge: Detailed knowledge and track record of successful implementation of food manufacturing policies and procedures (GMP).
Certification: Certification and training in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
Skills: Excellent knowledge of HACCP and the proven ability to write HACCP plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control: Oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Policy Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain food manufacturing policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to GMP standards.
HACCP Plans: Write and maintain HACCP plans, ensuring all critical control points are identified and monitored effectively.
Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Training: Provide training to staff on quality assurance processes, HACCP, and GMP standards.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in quality processes and implement corrective actions as needed.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records and prepare reports on quality assurance activities and findings.
