Majestic Basmati Rice – Packaging Manager

Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Packaging Manager to assume comprehensive responsibility for packaging operations.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire packaging process from start to finish.
• Manage presales tasks, including packing, costing, and packaging development.
• Collaborate with buyers and vendors for post-sales design and media finalization.
• Test and evaluate inbound packaging, overseeing inventory management.
• Supervise primary and secondary packing, including shrink wrapping and palletization.
• Investigate and address buyer complaints related to packaging.
• Drive the development of new packaging media and methods.
• Ensure quality assurance in packaging.
• Take full responsibility for both domestic and export packaging.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong intellectual abilities.
• Effective communication skills.

Note: Male candidates are preferred.

Experience Required: 3-7 Years
