Job Description:

As a Microbiologist, you will play a crucial role in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and ensuring regulatory compliance to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety in our products.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological experiments and studies to investigate the behavior, characteristics, and interactions of microorganisms.
• Perform microbial isolation, culture, and identification using standard laboratory techniques.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data to draw meaningful conclusions and make recommendations.
• Develop and optimize microbiological assays and protocols.
• Participate in the design and implementation of research projects aimed at advancing knowledge in microbiology.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, quality control, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of experiments, procedures, and results in accordance with laboratory protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in microbiology through literature review and participation in relevant conferences and seminars.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and publications documenting research findings and outcomes.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
