Positions Available:
1) Executive-HR: 1 position available
2) Executive-IPQC: 1 position available
3) Executive-Store: 1 position available

Responsibilities:

1) Executive-HR:

• Managing recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Handling employee relations and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinating training and development programs for employees.
• Managing payroll and benefits administration.

2) Executive-IPQC (In-Process Quality Control):

• Conducting inspections and quality checks on products during the production process.
• Monitoring and analyzing data to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identifying and addressing any deviations or non-conformities in the production process.
• Collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions as needed.

3) Executive-Store:

• Managing inventory levels and stock movements in the warehouse.
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation of inventory transactions.
• Coordinating with suppliers for timely deliveries and stock replenishment.
• Implementing inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and loss.
