Experience: 2+ years
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
Supervise and train kitchen staff in culinary techniques and best practices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new menu items and specials.
2) Executive Chef or Business Development Chef/R&D Chef
Experience: 5+ years
Responsibilities:
Lead the culinary team in creating innovative and appealing menu offerings.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality ingredients.
Drive business development initiatives to expand our culinary offerings and market presence.
Conduct research and development to continuously improve menu offerings and culinary techniques.
