  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

2) Area Sales Manager

• Experience: 4+ years of Frozen Foods Experience
• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee sales operations within the designated area.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers.

3) Executive Chef

• Experience: 4+ Years of Experience
• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation.
  • Create and innovate new menu items that align with the brand’s standards.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events and promotions.
