Job Description:
As a Transportation Quality Specialist in Hyderabad, you’ll be the first line of support for address resolution, geocode correction, driver support, static route management, and other operational aspects of the Transportation process in the Last Mile. Your role directly impacts our customers, requiring quick learning and multitasking to ensure successful deliveries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Follow SOPs for manual audits, resolving outliers/exceptions.
Identify patterns in audits, contributing to process improvements.

Provide timely responses to stakeholders, meeting SOP and SLA requirements.

Escalate problems systematically to relevant teams.
Maintain records using trackers or workflow tools.
Meet business metrics (SLA, productivity, quality, utilization).
Understand performance metrics to drive business goals.
Collaborate in a team environment, contributing to growth.
Develop a global perspective, understanding Amazon’s operations across geographies.

Basic Qualifications:
