Position: Senior Buyer/Buyer

Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India

Job Description:

• Procure raw materials, consumables, and CIP chemicals.
• Manage the complete Procure to Pay cycle, including PO generation in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with material planning, users, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries.
• Organize audits for supplier facilities, handle imports, INCOTERMS, vendor and procurement database management, and conduct procurement audits.
• Prepare MIS reports and make key decisions aligned with business requirements and stakeholder needs.

Key Decision-Making:
Assess business requirements and make timely decisions in coordination with various stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Food Technology or B. Tech. in Agriculture.
• PG Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
• Preferably MBA/Masters in Material Management.
• Up to 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in FMCG/Pharma/Agro industries.
• Strong negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and well-versed in ERP systems, preferably Navision.
• Thorough knowledge of imports, INCOTERMS, and a knack for business finance.
