As a Seasoning Flavorist in our Creation & Design (C&D) team, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting essential solutions that bring together science and creativity for a better world.

Your Role:
As a Seasoning Flavorist based in Gurgaon, India, reporting to the Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in the New Business Generation for our Flavour Business. Your focus will be on creating and applying seasonings, particularly for Snacks & Savoury customers in India. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

Independently develop seasonings aligned with business needs and customer briefs, strategizing priorities.
Demonstrate expertise in the creation process, possessing in-depth knowledge of raw material properties.
Acquire and develop technical knowledge and competencies in creation and application.
Understand regional taste differences and apply them appropriately to your work.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as QA, Operations, and supply chain regularly.
Stay updated on the latest trends in the food industry.
Identify and leverage internal and external resources to enhance technical capabilities.
Promote sales of existing seasonings by providing technical suggestions to both commercial teams and customers.
Conduct innovation sessions at customer sites and advocate IFF technology.

Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

B.Tech or M.Tech Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Food Engineering.
5-10 years of experience in seasoning creation for Snacks & Savoury applications from reputable industries.
Strong interest in evaluating new raw materials for creating new flavors.
Comfort working in a B2B environment with a positive, self-driven, results-oriented attitude.
Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong teamwork, customer orientation, project management, and effective time management skills.
