About the Role

As a Shift Incharge, your expertise will drive our operations forward, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and standards of our dairy products.

Responsibilities

Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee the production process and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Manage Production Staff: Lead and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance and support.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest quality of products.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage raw materials and inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Troubleshoot Issues: Quickly identify and resolve any production-related issues to minimize downtime.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain production reports, documenting efficiency and output.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: B.Tech in Dairy Technology
Experience: 3-5 years as a Shift Incharge in the dairy industry
Preferred Experience: Experience in Ghee & Powder Plant is an additional advantage
Industry: Candidate must have experience in all milk & milk products
