Qualifications

Education: B.Tech in Food Technology or M.Sc in Food Technology
Experience: 3-5 years in the field (Freshers need not apply)

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards.
Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production process to meet daily targets.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of QA and production activities and prepare reports as needed.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid production delays.
Training: Train and mentor junior staff on QA and production procedures.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during production promptly.
