Outlet Chef
Create and innovate menu items.
Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
Supervise kitchen staff.
Floor Manager
Coordinate dining room operations.
Manage reservations and customer inquiries.
Ensure smooth service flow.
Captain / Sr. Captain
Lead the service team.
Assist in training new staff.
Handle customer complaints and feedback.
CDP / DCDP
Prepare high-quality food.
Assist the Head Chef in daily operations.
Ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained.
Commis I/II/III
Assist in food preparation.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Follow food safety regulations.
Steward / Sr. Steward
Serve food and beverages to customers.
Ensure dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
Provide excellent customer service.
Housekeeping Team
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the premises.
Ensure all areas are well-stocked and organized.

Report any maintenance issues.
