• Manage and inspire production staff to achieve outstanding results.
• Participate in team meetings to assess production status and address ongoing issues.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high-quality, and timely delivery of products.
• Implement and enforce company policies and safety protocols for staff.
• Propose process enhancements to improve production quality and efficiency.
• Work with Managers to assess job orders and establish production tasks and schedules.
• Plan and delegate daily job responsibilities to employees.
• Suggest workflow, operational, and equipment changes to optimize production efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions to help workers meet production targets.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and devise solutions.
• Ensure final products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
