Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
• Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to optimize productivity.
• Manage and train production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations such as GMP, HACCP, 5 S, ISO-22000, and quality management systems.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Procurement, to ensure seamless operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.
