As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet company objectives. Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans considering demand forecasts, inventory levels, and resource availability.
2. Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
4. Resource Management: Effectively manage manpower, equipment, and materials to meet production targets while controlling costs.
5. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancements.
6. Problem Solving: Address production issues promptly, troubleshoot challenges, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
7. Communication: Maintain clear communication channels with relevant departments, providing regular updates on production status and addressing concerns.
8. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all production staff.
9. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in production processes, technology, and employee skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / masters, B.Tech in Food Science and Technology.
• 12 years of proven experience in a production management role within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Salary:
20k to 25k
