Position: Production Supervisor
Industry Experience: FMCG (Spices) – 2 to 3 years
Location: Raipur
Salary Package: 20-25 CTC

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• Manage and supervise production staff, ensuring optimal performance
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor and maintain production schedules
• Implement and enforce safety and quality control measures
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience in Manpower Handling
• Strong Planning and Implementation skills
• Section Management expertise
