Location: Full-time, on-site position, Hyderabad HQ Office

Responsibilities:

Role: QA/QC Specialist

• Product Sampling & Reporting: Perform product sampling duties and prepare detailed reports based on findings.
• Documentation & Records: Prepare all SOP documents and maintain records as per industry standards.
• Quality Control: Ensure appropriate decisions are made regarding the quality characteristics of products, materials, and equipment.
• Sensory Evaluation: Able to meet sensory demands, including taste and feel assessments.
• Compliance & Training: Successfully complete Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and Food Security Training.
• Hygiene Audits: Conduct comprehensive hygiene audits of the warehouse and production unit.
• Safety Practices: Ensure employees adhere to all food safety and worker safety practices.

Education:

• Bachelor’s in Food Technology / Master’s in Food Technology or any related field.

---

Experience:

• Total Work Experience: 2-3 years (Preferred)
• Food Auditing: 2 years (Required)
• Only apply if you have experience in Audit (Food and Beverage industry)
