Adya Dairy Products Private Limited is seeking a highly qualified and experienced QC Manager to join our team in Howrah Munshirhat. If you have a strong background in dairy or food technology and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare SOPs: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all products in consultation with top management.
2. CCP Control: Establish Critical Control Point (CCP) controls under all production processes.
3. Process Monitoring: Monitor each process in accordance with the SOPs.
4. CIP System Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to the Clean-in-Place (CIP) system as applicable.
5. Equipment Calibration: Arrange for periodic calibration of all equipment.
6. Certification Process: Oversee the certification process of the plant from various certified authorities.
7. Compliance with Specifications: Ensure strict adherence to product specifications as required by the Statutory Authority.
8. Pest Control: Manage all pest control activities within the plant to maintain a pest-free environment.
9. Housekeeping: Supervise housekeeping activities to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
10. Quality Upgradation: Continuously strive for the upgradation of quality within the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) of the plant.
11. Staff Performance Review: Conduct periodic reviews of the QC staff’s performance regarding testing accuracy, timing, and documentation.
12. R&D for New Products: Explore possibilities for the introduction of new products and arrange Research and Development (R&D) for validation before presenting to apex management.
13. External Service Agreements: Keep all agreements with external service providers up to date.
