Position: QC Executive – Microbiologist

Education: MSc in Microbiology

Experience: 3 to 5 years in the Food Processing Industry

Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine microbiological tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
Investigate and resolve any microbiological quality issues.
Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed records of all tests and inspections.
Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve product quality and safety.
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure hygiene and sanitation practices are followed.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff on microbiological testing procedures.
