Mandatory Requirements:

• Candidate should have at least 3 months of working experience in industrial catering.
• Freshers can apply if interested in industrial catering with immediate joining.

Interview Details:

• Interviews will be held in Chennai.

Job Description:

• Thorough practical working knowledge of FSMS, GHP, GMP, etc.
• Thorough working knowledge of ISO 22000, OHSAS & HACCP.
• Knowledge of FSSAI and Industrial Act requirements.
• Conduct and record internal and external food safety audits with corrective action.
• Ability to work as a team player as well as independently.
• Updating and maintaining records as per system requirements.

Skills Required:

• Must be a Science Graduate (biotechnology, food science, food technology, microbiology, etc.).
