Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance at Rebel Foods

Rebel Foods is #hiring for the position of Assistant Manager – #QualityAssurance. We have openings in our Hyderabad and Ahmedabad locations.

Position: Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance

Location: Hyderabad / Ahmedabad

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control domain
• Alternatively, experience as an Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance or Senior Executive – QA

Job Details:

Educational Qualification:

• B.Sc in Microbiology, M.Sc in Microbiology, B.Tech, M.Tech in Food Technology, or equivalent

Key Competencies Required:

• Good understanding of food safety, RCA & CAPA, and quality standards
• Well-versed with FSSAI regulations for the catering industry
• Willingness to travel and own a vehicle
• Ability to work 6 days a week with rotational week off

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Identify areas for improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
• Manage and oversee the QA team to ensure all quality standards are met
• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and safety
• Handle customer complaints and work towards resolving quality-related issues
• Maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance activities
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and other relevant food safety standards

Package Range:

• ₹4.5 LPA – ₹5.2 LPA
