1. Food Safety Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement food safety policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in food handling and production processes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners to stay informed about food safety regulations and trends.
• Lead investigations into food safety incidents or complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide guidance and support to production and quality control teams to promote a culture of food safety excellence.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of food safety programs and initiatives through regular audits and inspections.
