Position: Quality Control

Location: Raipur, Chattisgarh

Preferred Background:
Candidates with a background in the FOOD Division are preferred for this role.

Experience Required:
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in quality control within the food industry.

Minimum Qualification:
Candidates must hold a B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Food Technology or related fields.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of product quality and safety.
3. Collaborate with production and research teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
4. Perform root cause analysis and provide timely resolution to quality-related issues, minimizing production downtime.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and corrective actions taken.
6. Train and mentor quality control staff to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards and procedures.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality control to continually enhance the company’s quality management system.
8. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to establish and maintain quality assurance processes throughout the supply chain.

Pay Scale:
The pay scale will be determined based on your interview performance and experience.
