Quality Cum Production Manager in the Namkeen Industry

We are looking for a Quality Cum Production Manager for our company.

Requirements:

• Good experience in the Namkeen industry (3 to 5 years)
• Location: Sangrur, Punjab
• Salary: Depends on interview or experience
• On-roll position in the company

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest product quality.
• Coordinate with the production team to meet daily and monthly production targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production area.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain for timely procurement of raw materials.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff to maintain high-quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain production reports for management review.
