Job Opportunity: Quality Lead at Numix

Numix is seeking a dynamic and proactive candidate to lead our Quality Team. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience and education in Food Technology or Microbiology. Previous experience in the quality department at a multi-client food contract manufacturer is preferred. Strong quantitative aptitude is essential.

Location: Factory, Kashipur, Uttarakhand
Salary: INR 6-8 LPA

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
Lead and manage the quality team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of processes, equipment, and facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive process improvements throughout the organization.
Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products.
Prepare and maintain documentation, including quality manuals, SOPs, and quality records, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
