We are currently inviting applications from qualified individuals for the position of “Quality Shift In-charge” at our esteemed organization.

Position Details

  • Position: Quality Shift In-charge
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Noodle Industry
  • Salary: Negotiable
  • Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Compliance/Standard Control: Oversee section-wise compliance and report any deviation of SOP.
  • Online Defect Control & Terminal Inspection: Conduct terminal inspections and control online defects.
  • CAPA Implementation: Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for any incidents.
  • FIFO Management: Ensure First-In-First-Out (FIFO) at each section.
  • Oil AV Control: Maintain and control oil Acid Value (AV) in each shift.
  • Sample Management: Manage samples effectively during each shift.
  • Documentation: Maintain inventory of online documents and records.
  • Batch Production Records (BPR): Complete BPR at the end of each shift.
  • Risk Analysis: Conduct risk analysis in each section and implement preventive actions.
  • New Implementations: Initiate and manage new implementations.
  • CCP & OPRP Monitoring: Ensure monitoring of Critical Control Points (CCP) and Operational Prerequisite Programs (OPRP), along with record-keeping and verification.
  • Validation: Validate CCP & OPRP.
  • Development: Foster the development of subordinates and PQA (Product Quality Assurance).
  • Internal Calibration: Perform internal calibration at the start of each shift.
  • Testing: Ensure all tests are completed during each shift.
  • Waste Management: Oversee and implement effective waste management strategies.
  • Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for team members on quality control procedures.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance product quality.
  • Customer Complaints: Address and resolve any quality-related customer complaints promptly.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and quality assurance.
