Experience Required: 2+ years in the manufacturing industry, preferably in snacks & FMCG.Key Skills: Recruitment, employee engagement, performance management.Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Accounts Executive
Experience: 2+ years, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.Key Skills: Financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.Responsibilities: Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with established schedules. Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert the management if necessary. Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes. Logistics Executive
Experience: 2+ years handling transportation and dispatch management.Key Skills: Fleet management, logistics planning, and coordination.Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations. Ensure premises, assets, and communication ways are used effectively. Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures. Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs. Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements. Why Join Us?
