Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented R&D Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the food and beverage industry, working closely with our R&D team on product development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the formulation and development of new food and beverage products, including carbonated beverages, plant-based drinks, and ready-to-eat meals.
Conduct laboratory experiments and trials to test product formulations and improve existing products.
Analyze and document results from sensory evaluations, stability tests, and other experimental procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Production to ensure successful product launches.
Conduct literature reviews and research on new ingredients, technologies, and market trends.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings and project progress.
Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology.
Strong interest in the food and beverage industry and product development.
Basic knowledge of food chemistry, microbiology, and processing techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Micros oft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship or work experience in an R&D or food production environment.
Familiarity with sensory evaluation techniques and statistical analysis.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and food safety standards.
