Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in products such as blended spices, pickles, RTC (Ready-to-Cook), RTE (Ready-to-Eat), and paste.
• Product recipe formulation, setting of process parameters, and conducting shelf-life studies for NPD.
• Process development for new products and documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for products.
• Focus on upgrading and updating existing products.
• Drive expansion into new offerings.
• Develop a competitively superior product portfolio.
• Tailor product formulations to suit consumer preferences.
• Setting up R&D lab facilities.
