The Desired Candidate MUST:
Hold a B-Tech in Food Technology with a minimum of 8-10 years experience in managing BULK ASEPTIC production lines, primarily for products like TOMATOES, BANANA, PAPAYA, MANGO, etc.
Be ready to relocate to Taluka Andori, Dist. Satara, Maharashtra. Residential arrangements will be made for suitable candidates.
Have experience in developing products. Added experience in any of the following will be a great advantage: Juices, Carbonated Beverages, IQF, Spices, Gravy, Sauces, Spreads, etc.
Responsibilities:
Manager – Production – Aseptic Line:
Oversee the entire aseptic production process, ensuring efficiency and compliance with quality standards.
Develop and implement production schedules to optimize plant operations.
Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Coordinate with the R&D department to develop and launch new products.
Assistant Manager:
Assist the production manager in daily operations and administrative tasks.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of production activities.
Support team training and development initiatives.
Maintain equipment and ensure it is in optimal working condition.
Handle inventory management and procurement of raw materials.
Supervisor:
Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Address and resolve any issues or malfunctions in the production line.
Train and supervise production staff to maintain high performance and efficiency.
Assist in the implementation of process improvements.
