Are you an experienced professional in the field of formulation and development? ITC Life Sciences & Technology Centre (LSTC) in Bangalore is looking for a Research Associate to join their team for New Product Development in FMCG Products.

Position: Research Associate

Area: Formulation and Development for New Product Development – FMCG Products

Experience: 3-8 Years

Education: M.Sc / M.Tech in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Food Technology

Job Location: ITC Life Sciences & Technology Centre, Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Formulation Development: Develop and optimize formulations for new FMCG products.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research to improve existing products and explore new product opportunities.
• Product Testing: Perform stability testing and sensory evaluation to ensure product quality and performance.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of research activities and results, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to bring products from concept to market.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the field of chemistry and food technology to drive innovation.
