Position Details:

• Job Title: Sales Officer (SO)
• Location: Siliguri
• Experience Required:
• Must have experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector, particularly in food and beverages.
• Must be capable of appointing Super Stockists (SS) and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential areas for sales growth and new opportunities.
• Distributor Management: Appoint and manage Super Stockists (SS) and distributors to ensure effective distribution and market penetration.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
• Reporting: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Promotional Activities:

  Plan and execute promotional activities to boost product visibility and sales.

• Feedback Collection: Gather market feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.

Compensation:

• Salary: ₹20,000 per month
• Additional Benefits: Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA)
