Position: QA Officer – Shift Lab Chemist

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
• Experience: 2-4 years in Food/FMCG industry

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Upgrading quality plans for raw materials and finished goods
• Verifying and approving raw material, premix, and finished goods analysis reports
• Handling lab instruments and validating analytical procedures
• Receiving, investigating, and closing complaints with feedback, RCA, and CAPA
• Generating lot-wise analysis reports and ensuring batching accuracy for in-process raw materials & finished products FIFO monitoring
• Monitoring high-value raw materials for oxidation/heat generation
• Implementing forward and backward traceability systems
• Pre-dispatch checks of finished goods before loading
• Validating and verifying CCPs (Critical Control Points)
• Preparing Training Materials as per need identification
• Planning and executing internal audits
• Implementing and standardizing QC protocols (GMP, AOAC, AOCS, and ISO methods)
