Position: Field Sales Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and retailers.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
• Present and promote Shwetdhara products to potential customers.
• Collect and report feedback from customers to improve sales strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery and distribution of products.
• Prepare and submit sales reports regularly.

Requirements:

• Graduate
• You must have your own vehicle.
• A valid driving license is a must.

What We Offer:

• Salary: ₹10,000 + Travel Allowance (TA) + Daily Allowance (DA)
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
