Role: Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager – Maintenance
Location: Ganeshpura, Mehsana
Position: 01

Responsibilities:

• Direct and engage employees responsible for operating, monitoring, and repairing equipment, machines, and buildings.
• Collaborate with senior team members to identify opportunities for improving reliability and resolving equipment-related issues.
• Participate in project planning, cost estimation, and tracking to ensure budget compliance.
• Plan and prioritize work orders to minimize production downtime and disruptions.
• Champion personal safety and serve as a safety mentor to the team.
• Ensure compliance with critical tasks, best management practices, and audit processes.
• Make personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B. Tech / M. Tech in Refrigeration, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of maintenance experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of utilities such as boilers, ETP, RO, and compressors.
• Operational maintenance experience with various equipment such as conveyors, grinders, dryers, and coolers.
• Experience supporting audit compliance and root cause analysis processes.
• Industry exposure in industrial food, pharmaceuticals, bakery & confectionery products, or flavor industry.

Additional Information:

• Bus facility available for pick-up and drop-off from Mehsana and Ahmedabad.
