Urgent Hiring for Sr. Microbiologist at Barmalt Malting

Are you an experienced microbiologist looking for a challenging role in the malting industry? Barmalt Malting is urgently hiring for the position of Sr. Microbiologist.

Qualification:

• M.Sc in Microbiology

Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

Location:

• Barmalt Malting, NH-8, Village – Khaliawas, Dharuhera (Rewari, Haryana)

Compensation:

• Up to 6 LPA (CTC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct microbiological testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement microbiological testing protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and control microbiological contamination in the production process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all microbiological tests and results.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance and production teams to identify and resolve microbiological issues.
• Train and mentor junior staff on microbiological techniques and best practices.
