Qualifications:

• PhD in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Food Technology.
• 1-2 years of post-PhD experience in research or a technocommercial role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead research and development projects focused on new nutraceutical products.
• Oversee the formulation and testing of nutraceutical products to ensure safety, efficacy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality control to drive product innovation and improvements.
• Provide technical support and expertise to the sales and marketing teams for the promotion of nutraceutical products.
• Stay updated with the latest scientific research and market trends in the nutraceutical industry.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and quality standards in all product development processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with academic and research institutions for potential collaborations.
