Role Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Flavorist for a hybrid role at our Kannauj location. The Flavorist will be responsible for conducting Sensory Evaluations, Research and Development (R&D), Laboratory Skills, Food Science, and Food Technology. While based in Kannauj, India, remote work is possible for some days of the week.

Qualifications:

Sensory Evaluation, R&D, and Laboratory Skills
Experience in Food Science and Food Technology
Ability to create, modify, and enhance flavors and fragrances
Strong problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field

Previous experience in flavor and fragrance development is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment

Skill Sets:

Experience in setting up an entire new plant for flavors and fragrances
Expertise in establishing R&D and Application Lab for FF business
Minimum 5 years’ experience in flavors & fragrance development
In-depth knowledge and database in high-end sourcing
