Responsibilities:

1. Project manage the entire new product formulation cycle, ensuring a seamless progression through each stage.
2. Stay at the forefront of global trends by consistently researching emerging bars worldwide.
3. Explore alternative ingredients, characteristics, and methods, integrating innovative approaches into our products.
4. Develop a comprehensive mechanization plan for efficient bar manufacturing.
5. Identify and evaluate the technical requirements for constant automation, ensuring optimal equipment utilization.
6. Maintain a continuous focus on automation and process improvement, unlocking new efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Nutrition.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the food processing industry.
• Passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry advancements.
